Selecting and moving into a new home is exciting—but it can be stressful. Having relocated many times herself, Stephanie has a passion for helping home buyers find just the right property.“I know how important a smooth transition is,” says Stephanie, a real estate agent for 15 years and lifetime member of the Circle of Excellence. “I love working with people and helping them make the right choice for their family. This is the biggest financial choice most people will ever make. I listen to my clients to be sure their needs are met.”

Stephanie, who holds a degree in advertising and marketing from Appalachian State University, moved to the Lexington area 20 years ago and has been successfully selling real estate for 15 years.

“I have a passion for this business,” Stephanie notes. “I love building a relationship with clients and calling each other friends in the end. I believe that’s where the passion comes from—the people I meet along the way.”

She and her family live on Lake Murray and are enthusiastically involved in community and church events at Mt. Horeb UMC. At home, she enjoys reading crime thrillers and has loved country music since “before it was cool” (she lived in Nashville five years). Her favorite pastimes are “anything involving my kids.”
