Anne Wilkins Brooks talks Lexington County growth of new homes
March 28, 2016 9:57 am Leave your thoughtsAnne Wilkins Brooks, sales and marketing director for Southern Visions, was recently quoted for an article in The State (S.C.) Newspaper, discussing the growth of single-family home construction in the midlands.
The article quotes Anne as saying that new construction is occurring in all directions of Lexington County. “New construction in Lexington County is actually west, south, north and east…I would say west of (the town of) Lexington is probably one of the fastest growing areas.”
Lexington’s newest high school, River Bluff, which opened in 2013 on the eastern edge of Lexington began “a frenzy of new (home) construction in the county” she also told the paper.
With over 25 years experience in real estate and marketing, mostly in the midlands with Southern Visions, Anne is extremely knowledgeable on the current housing market. She also has earned the prestigious Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. To obtain the CSP designation, a successful candidate must be a veteran with significant time and focus on new construction marketing and sales. Additionally, a candidate must complete numerous hours of continuing education on marketing, industry specifics, sales and also pass a certification exam.
