The estate is located in Lexington, South Carolina on Lake Murray. The sale included a custom-built 9,500 square foot home with pool and dock, a 3.5 car garage with a large, finished room over, a 1,300 square foot guest cottage, a custom-built greenhouse, and high-end furnishings in the home.
Robby Wilkins and Anne Wilkins Brooks had the privilege of representing the sellers. This estate was completed over a period of 5 years. The sellers painstakingly created a detailed plan for the property that included the best contractors, architect, and interior decorator in the Midlands area.
Sellers involved in the Lexington Business Community
The sellers have been heavily involved in Lexington County in the business community and bring their expertise from out of state, although they both have close ties to Lexington and South Carolina.
