As a seasoned leader in real estate development, Robby Wilkins has spent over four decades shaping the commercial and residential landscape across the Southeast. A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, he founded Southern Visions Realty in 1988 and continues to lead the firm as Broker-In-Charge.
His development portfolio spans over 2 million square feet of commercial and office space, including national tenants like McDonald's, Starbucks, and Dollar General, as well as warehouses, restaurants, and healthcare facilities. In residential real estate, Robby has spearheaded more than 35 master-planned communities with over 300 single-family homes, working with both local and national builders.
