Anne Wilkins Brooks

Anne is a proud South Carolina native with a strong commitment to community and service. As a seasoned real estate agent and part-owner of Southern Visions Realty, she brings over 30 years of leadership and volunteer experience to everything she does. Anne made headlines by selling the record-breaking Lake Murray property for over $9 million—one of the highest residential sales in the area’s history. Beyond real estate, her passion for youth development shines through decades of board and volunteer work. She currently serves on the board of Original Design, a ministry dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus through camps, life skills training, and faith-based mentorship. Anne holds both a B.A. and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. She and her husband Chuck live in Columbia and enjoy spending time with their three children, two beloved grandchildren, and their energetic 5-pound Morkie, Coco.
