Fallon’s path to real estate is anything but conventional. Known as the “queen of the side hustle,” she built a diverse professional background before entering the industry—co-owning a trucking company with her husband, teaching yoga, and serving as a commissioner representative for the South Carolina Athletic Commission, helping oversee combat sports events across the state and abroad. Those experiences sharpened the entrepreneurial mindset and people skills that now define her work in real estate.

When Fallon finally made the leap into the industry, everything clicked. What others had been telling her for years became clear: real estate was a natural fit.

From the beginning, Fallon has approached her work differently. Outside of real estate, Fallon stays grounded through family, yoga, and time on the water. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and relaxing to 90s country music whenever she can find a beach chair.
