Anuka Champaneri

With over 30 years of experience in accounting and compliance, Anuka Champaneri brings deep financial expertise and a strong attention to detail to her role at Southern Visions Realty. In addition to her accounting background, she has spent the past three years working in housing, where she has developed a passion for supporting property operations and ensuring regulatory accuracy.

Beyond her professional work, Anuka is deeply committed to community service and healthcare advocacy. She has proudly served on the board of the Lexington Medical Foundation for the past four years, helping support the hospital’s mission to improve access to quality healthcare—particularly for underserved and underprivileged populations. Through this role, she’s helped fund critical hospital initiatives that enhance patient care and expand essential services.

Anuka is dedicated to both personal and professional growth and is always seeking ways to make a meaningful impact in the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and relaxing with golf cart rides around the neighborhood. Her husband, Raj Champaneri, is Chief Development Officer and COO of Lexington Hospitality.
