Carley Carr brings a creative edge and a disciplined approach to every real estate transaction. Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, Carley has called Lexington, SC home since childhood and knows the Midlands inside and out. She joined Southern Visions Realty in 2017 as Executive Assistant to Broker-in-Charge Robby Wilkins and became a licensed agent in 2021.

Known for her organization, transparency, and strong client communication, Carley’s background—shaped by a structured upbringing and years of hands-on experience—helps her expertly manage the ups and downs of real estate. She specializes in foreclosures, investment properties, land, residential sales, military relocations, first-time homebuyers, and downsizing.

Her natural eye for design, curb appeal, and staging has helped many sellers achieve above-market value, thanks to her trusted network of contractors and design know-how. Carley believes that every property has a story—and with the right strategy, every client can succeed.

When she’s not guiding clients through smooth transactions, Carley enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family (especially her niece Khloe), and doting on her pets—Buck, Kiki, and Harvey.
