Meet Caroline

Caroline Kelly is a South Carolina native with real estate in her DNA. As the daughter of Rhett Kelly and part of a family rooted in property management and development, joining Southern Visions Realty felt like a natural step. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina and now owns and manages 12 rental properties, continuing the legacy of her mother’s hands-on approach and her father’s industry expertise. Outside of real estate, Caroline is a lifelong equestrian with 15 years of competitive showjumping experience and enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors.
