Stephanie Mitchell is a dedicated real estate professional with Southern Visions Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Lexington, SC, the Midlands, Lake Murray, and surrounding communities. Early in her career, Stephanie experienced significant success. At one awards ceremony, when another agent asked about the secret behind her accomplishments, her broker answered before she could: “It’s because her clients trust her.” That moment has stayed with Stephanie throughout her career and perfectly reflects the foundation of her business today.

Before entering real estate, Stephanie worked as an oncology nurse, a career that shaped her compassion, patience, and ability to guide people through emotional moments in life. Those same qualities now help her support clients through one of their biggest life transitions—buying or selling a home.

Stephanie was drawn to real estate after spending several years at home with her three children and experiencing multiple moves across four different states. Those personal experiences gave her a deep understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges of relocation, something she now uses to help clients—especially those moving to South Carolina—navigate the process with confidence.

Stephanie describes herself as a “relationship girl,” and the connections she forms with her clients are what she values most. For her, the relationship doesn’t end at closing—it’s just the beginning. Many of her clients become long-term friends.

One of Stephanie’s proudest milestones came recently when her daughter joined her in the real estate business, beginning a new chapter of working together and continuing to serve clients with the same dedication and care.

When she’s not working with clients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family—including her two young grandsons—reading, traveling, and playing pickleball whenever she can.
